The NIRDP hosted a Research Symposium in Medical Biology Centre, Queens University Belfast on 24 March 2015.

The UK Government has announced the first successful diagnoses to result from the 100,000 Genomes Project, which aims to sequence 100,000 whole genomes from around 75,000 participants by 2017.
