On #InternationalClinicalTrialsDay, the Primary Care Research team attended two Practice-Based Learning events with the Northern GP Federation Support Unit, in Coleraine and Ballymena. We are so grateful to share this time with General Practice colleagues and discuss the future of research in Primary Care across Northern Ireland. With around 90% of NHS patient interactions taking place in General Practice, research in Primary Care is essential to ensure studies reflect the real experiences and needs of our communities. This year’s theme, Research Rising, recognises how advances in knowledge, skills, treatments, and technology continue to improve healthcare and patient outcomes. “When research rises, we all rise together."
