‘Community led approaches to health: The importance of trust, relationships and partnerships to engage communities, shape research and policy and improve health outcomes’
CDHN will share learning from their recent research ‘Our Lives, Our Meds, Our Health’ Exploring Medication Safety Through a Social Lens. The research used a Community Based Participatory Research approach to enhance stakeholders’ knowledge and understanding and ensure they had an equitable role throughout the process. They will also share learning from their community developmentand health programmes, ‘Building the Community Pharmacy Partnership ’ and Elevate.
