The joint Cochrane Ireland and Cochrane UK Symposium 2020 will take place in Dublin on Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd April 2020. 

The symposium is an annual event for all our networks, including UK- & Ireland-based Cochrane Contributors, researchers, health professionals, students, charities, patient advocates, and other interested groups.

The event will take place at The Gibson Hotel, Point Square, North Dock, Dublin.
 
Cochrane Ireland and Cochrane UK are delighted to announce some of the amazing symposium speakers including Professor Andrea Tricco, Dr Andrew Booth, Professor Jeremy Grimshaw, Professor Nancy Santesso and Professor James Thomas.
 

On Monday 20th April 2020, the day before the symposium begins, they are also hosting a free training day in Dublin for Information Specialists, Managing Editors and their Assistants. This will also take place in the Gibson Hotel. There will be one training stream for Managing Editors and their assistants and one stream for Information Specialists and their assistants.
