Phase 4 of the Wellbeing and Coping while working during COVID-19 study is now underway. This cross sectional study has allowed us to collect data at three different time points so far and this fourth time point will give us further evidence of how nurses, midwives and AHPs are being impacted, including their mental health and wellbeing, their quality of working life, how they have coped, and their levels of personal, work related and client related burnout.
